Not completely satisfied with your order? No worries — we make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

Returns (within 30 days)

  1. Email info@blushypaws.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
  2. If your item is damaged or defective, attach clear photos or a short video.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide the correct return address.
  4. Send the item back using tracked shipping (return postage is customer’s responsibility).
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you received a defective product or an incorrect item, contact us at info@blushypaws.com with proof (photos or video). Once validated, we’ll send a replacement free of charge and provide tracking details.

Important:
Always contact us before sending a return. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order will already be in processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once orders are handed to the courier, BlushyPaws is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.
